All change is within our power and the key is our ability to make decisions. Each and every moment you are making decisions. Some are sub-conscience and others are not. You are making a decision right now by reading this sentence. Whether you realize it or not, your mind is making hundreds of decisions each day and they lead you to your results. Your results are molded by your paradigm.
When you are attempting to step forward into creating a different life and different paradigm with more happiness, initially you may feel that it’s not working as well as you may have expected. You may feel like you’ve made a decision to be happy but are losing faith that happiness is a decision. Unfortunately, society has trained us to stay on a frequency of negativity. Some of your sub-conscience paradigms may be keeping you in your state of unhappiness. Your paradigm is so strong that it will always influence your decisions, so if you want to change your life, change your paradigm. Once your paradigm shifts, your decisions will naturally shift as well.
As part of your journey to more happiness, I strongly encourage you take on a meditation and/or yoga.
All of your decisions have led to your current result and change doesn’t happen overnight. As you continue to learn and grow, you can empower your new paradigm with repetition and support. Meditation and yoga are great ways to to help with repetition of new healthy decisions. It’s also key to remember that baby steps will move you forward. As long as you are actively moving forward, then continue at a pace that makes you comfortable. Decision don’t have to be radical. Every one of us is on our own path.
Always keep in mind, paradigms are either empowering or disempowering. They are neither good nor bad. They simply are.
